In case there is an error message/transaction failure page, inspite of debit of premium amount from your bank account, please wait for 2-3 working days before re-attempting payment. It will be either credited to your policy or reversed back to the source of payment after receiving confirmation from your bank. Once money is received at our end, an acknowledgement of receipt of premium shall be sent to your registered email id and registered mobile no within 24 hours.
